USA Wrestling Membership Required

Frequency: Practice together once a month on a Sunday

Locations: Practices will move locations in an effort to reach more girls, but we encourage everyone to make the drive to further locations for new partners and to build comradery. 

Objectives:

• BUILD comradery between females across the state
• DEVELOP female leaders in our sport
• EDUCATE our communities about opportunities for females in our sport
• TEACH modified techniques and strategies that work better for female wrestlers and that translate over to freestyle.

Practices will be coordinated by the Women's Committee: Ku`u Robinson, Sam Higa, Maile Cabinian, Tani Ader, Sarah Aoki, Katie Neste.
